First Day of 9th Grade!

We revamped our schedule this year to make it two equal parts, so we've got Aug-Dec and Jan-May. Since the first day of August is tomorrow, we made our first day today!

You can't see the front, but she is wearing a Harry Potter shirt in honor of Harry's birthday, which is also today.

This year, for her first year of high school, Phoebe will have the following subjects--

• Ancient History
• Mythology and Ancient Literature
• Geography
• French
• Geometry
• Meteorology (Fall) and Astronomy (Spring)
• Vocabulary

French and Geometry are online, and the others I put together myself.

Phoebe is also taking a semester-long class on Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy which starts later next month.
