We have two books to share--mainly because I have been swamped with my classes and haven't had time to make posts!
The first is The Wellspring of Magic. It was OK--could have had a little more oomph to it, but Phoebe seemed to enjoy it.
We just finished Bunnicula, and it is hysterical--we laughed all the way through it. It is the story of a vampire bunny narrated by a dog named Harold, who happens to be able to read and speak obscure Carpathian dialects. They live with the same family, along with a cat named Chester who at one point tries to stake poor Bunnicula with a steak. Even if you don't have kids, I would recommend it! It is the first in a series, and the rest are on order!
Now we are back to Geronimo Stilton, who is about to take a vacation. Something tells me that things will not go as he likes! Best laid plans of mice and all that.
