Ponies!

Hello everyone--

We finished Shetland in the Shed the other day and have started The Deadly Dungeon. After reading Percy Jackson, these other books seem so simple--Dungeon in particular. Phoebe has definitely moved beyond them! But the stories are easy, and we can whip through them in a few days, so they have that going for them.

Phoebe's favorite part of Shetland was when Polly learned to love her pony and won the prize at the end.

Borders and Barnes and Noble are both doing their Summer Reading contests again, so we are hard at work on filling up our forms.

Phoebe came home with her first essays yesterday. I scanned them and hoped to post them here, but I have to figure out a way to do that!
