Well, it is the wrong time of year, but we need to read our books in order! We just finished Thanksgiving on Thursday, #27 of the Magic Treehouse series, where Jack and Annie go back to experience the first Thanksgiving. We saw Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II earlier this summer, so that made a good connection for us. Phoebe said her favorite part was when Annie kissed Priscilla on the cheek--she thought that was hysterical for some reason.
Next I think we are going to read the first book from the Saddle Club series. Phoebe's been watching the show on TV, then we discovered it started with a book series.
